Two water bottles are standing on my bedsit table.
Each one clips the other’s side and both are at an angle to each other, each facing to a slightly different direction, looking like the latest skyscraper development out of Dubai
Surprised by both the fact that there are two bottles instead of one on the table and by the juxtaposition of different reality scales I remain motionless, staring at them for about half a minute.
I wonder whether this experience is an artefact of both living alone and being alone, another manifestation of a single glitch that sometimes can be beautiful and sometimes horrifying
Later I must decide whether to get out of bed. Right now though I need to drink sone water from that bottle (ah, but which of the two?) so I guess we are back down to room-scale.
Realities. They are so easy to shutter after all.
