It’s funny how memories transform to anachronisms the moment they are read by someone, more so if they were meant to carry a view of your emotional state

It’s the feeling that your very essence of being is horribly out-of-date, like those 20 year old “Internet For Dummies” books you still see in used book sales.

I meant to write a post about how I spent the better part of the evening feeling like the light in a tv that was just turned off, the colours folding in on themselves as they are sucked into a single point in the centre before vanishing completely

Then I realised that nobody owns tube TVs anymore, and how many of those that once did even remember that little quirk?

Finding metaphors suitable for the 21st century still remains a hard task,

It would appear.
