Revolution

The people of France hardly noticed

The whispers rising from the dust

Of long forgotten books.

They dismissed the signals in the light

As defective pixels on their screens.

Little did they know that come the morning

Their world would fall.

Soon, the tees and esses

Teeming with the anger

Of generations kept in silence

Would have their say.
